Environmental design, or more precisely, the environmental component of any design is the forecast and assessment of the impact on the natural environment (EIA) of the object of economic or other human activities that could potentially have a negative impact. The range of design objects is extremely wide.

As a rule, the objects of environmental design are the objects of power engineering, all branches of industry and agriculture, urban development, etc.

When planning any facility that may have an impact on environmental components, an environmental assessment of the proposed activity shall be carried out. Environmental assessment is the process of identification, study, description and evaluation of possible direct and indirect significant environmental impacts of the implementation of a proposed and ongoing activity or a document being developed.

The environmental assessment is formalised in the form of a draft - a report on possible impacts, which undergoes the necessary approvals with state authorities and is discussed with the interested public.

Our company offers environmental impact assessment procedures for facilities of any category of environmental significance (1, 2, 3 and 4), starting from the Statement of Intended Activities (SIA) to the Environmental Impact Permit (EIP).

For existing objects of ecological design (industrial enterprises, etc.) draft standards of permissible anthropogenic impact on the environment are developed.

Environmental legislation defines 6 types of anthropogenic impact standards. Our company offers calculation of the following standards:

emission standards (emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere - NDV and discharges of pollutants with wastewater - VAT),

technological standards (this is the definition of water and energy consumption limits per unit of output),

Waste accumulation and disposal limits - waste management programme (including calculation of maximum accumulation and environmental pollution levels, as well as preparation of waste passports), standards of permissible physical impacts (noise, vibration, radiation, electromagnetic fields and other factors that accompany industrial activities).

Compliance of enterprises with these standards of anthropogenic impact should ensure the quality of the environment at a level safe for human health and life activity of other species of living beings (plants and animals), adapted to live in these natural conditions.

All standards are calculated and justified in the form of a separate document - draft emission standards, which is developed in connection with the relevant project documentation of the enterprise and submitted to the authorised body in the field of environmental protection.

Draft regulations are approved by expert examinations and are also discussed by the interested public (public hearings are held). Our company also offers preparation and holding of public hearings in 2 languages - state and Russian. Video recording of hearings, drawing up protocols in 2 languages.
